In response to overwhelming phone calls and emails, our firm now offers consultations on cannabis related businesses. The New Jersey Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act was enacted on January 18, 2010 and we expect regulations to be issued by the State in late fall 2010. We are offering one or two hour consultations to discuss the current law both State and Federal, criminal implications, tax issues, corporate structure and related questions. The hourly rate is $295.00 with a one hour minimum.
